We accept both individual and group registrations.
All below registration fees are in euro and include applicable VAT.

Young Investigators & ECF Fellows:
*Young Investigators are born in 1988 or after.
** Free registration upon approval of abstract for the first 20 Young Investigators registering.
*** Free registration upon approval of abstract for the first 10 ECF Fellows registering.
The registration fee for onsite participation includes:
- Admittance to the 31st Annual Meeting Scientific Programme and its Satellite Symposia with entrance badge
- Admittance to the poster area
- All lunches and coffee breaks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- Access to the 31st Annual Meeting Live Stream and 12-month subscription to MS Knowledge Hub
The registration fee for digital participation includes:
- Admittance to the digital 31st Annual Meeting Scientific Programme and its Satellite Symposia
- Access to the 31st Annual Meeting Live Stream and 12-month subscription to MS Knowledge Hub
Please note:
- A registration cannot be shared by two or more participants. As such, only the participant whose name appears in the registration file may pick up the badge on site and no substitutions will be allowed once the badge has been picked up.
- Please secure your spot at the Scientific Networking Cocktail on Thursday November 9th, 2023, when registering for the Annual Meeting.
Free registration for Young Investigators with a poster
Delegates born in 1988 or after are exempt from paying the registration fee on the following conditions:
- they are accepted to present a poster
- they are present during the 31st Annual Meeting
- they register before October 15th, 2023
Once your poster has been accepted, you will receive an email with the link to register for free as Young Investigator. Please register before October 15th, 2023.

Free registration for ECF Fellow
ECF fellows are exempt from paying the registration fee on the following conditions:
- that they are:
- winners of the Young Investigator awards of ECF in 2022
- OR participants of the ECF fellowship programmes
- OR winners of the Ctrims-ECF YI awards 2023
- OR participants in the Charcot Master
- that they are accepted to present a poster
- are present during the 31st Annual Meeting of The European Charcot Foundation.
- they register before October 15th, 2023
>> In the event the poster abstract has been rejected, ECF fellows can decide to confirm the registration by paying the applicable registration fee.
>> ECF Fellows willing to benefit from this free registration should explicitly mention they will be present during the 31st Annual Meeting when uploading their abstract to the PCO Secretariat.

Name changes
- Name changes (for individual or group registration) are accepted until October 15th, 2023.
- Name changes can be done by the Group Responsible or the Individual Delegate online (modify registration).
- Name changes after October 15th, 2023, are subject to a fee of € 100 (excluding VAT).
Cancellation policy
- After receipt of the confirmation email of the individual or group registration, 100% cancellation costs apply (no refunds).
- Cancellations have to be made in writing to the Operational and Administrative Secretariat by email (secretariat@charcot-ms.org).
- A cancelled individual or group registration, can be taken over by another participant (= name change) until October 15th, 2023.
