Pre-registration for the 28th Annual Meeting is mandatory and registrations are accepted on first come, first served basis.

We accept individual registrations and group registrations.

All below registration fees are in euro and include applicable VAT.

The registration fee includes:

  • Admittance to the 28th Annual Meeting Scientific Programme and its Satellite Symposia
  • Admittance to the poster area
  • Scientific Networking Cocktail
  • All lunches and coffee breaks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
  • Meeting folder and entrance badge
  • 28th Annual Meeting App
  • Access to the 28th Annual Meeting Live Stream and 12-month subscription to MS Knowledge Hub

Please note:

  • A registration cannot be shared by two or more participants. As such, only the participant whose name appears in the registration file may pick up the badge on site and no substitutions will be allowed once the badge has been picked up.
  • Admittance to the Scientific Networking Cocktail on Thursday 19 November 2020 is included in the Registration Fee, however, pre-registration is mandatory (can be done when registering).

Free registration for Young Investigators

Delegates born in 1985 or after are exempt from paying the registration fee on the following conditions:

  • they are accepted to present a poster
  • they are present during the 28th Annual Meeting
  • they register before 31 October 2020
  • they are among the first 40 Young Investigators registering

The special registration code to use when registering as Young Investigator with a free registration is YI2020POSTER.

In the event the poster abstract has been rejected, Young Investigators can decide to either cancel their registration free of charge or confirm the registration by paying the applicable registration fee.

As from 1 November 2020, the on site registration fee of € 250 is applicable.

Name changes

  • Name changes (for individual or group registration) are accepted until Saturday 31 October 2020.
  • Name changes can be done by the Group Responsible or the Individual Delegate online (modify registration).
  • Name changes after 31 October 2020 are subject to a fee of € 100 (excluding VAT).

Cancellation policy

  • After receipt of the confirmation email of the individual or group registration, 100% cancellation costs apply (no refunds).
  • Cancellations have to be made in writing to the Operational and Administrative Secretariat by email (charcot@seauton-international.com).
  • A cancelled individual or group registration, can be taken over by another participant (= name change) until Saturday 31 October 2020.
Special cases:
  • In the event an abstract has been rejected, Young Investigators born after 1985 can decide to either cancel their registration free of charge and get refunded or confirm their registration by paying the registration fee as mentioned on the invoice.
  • For Investigators born before 1985 the standard cancellation policy applies.
