Pre-registration for the digital edition of the 28th Annual Meeting is required.
Both, individual and group registrations are accepted.
All registration fees are in euro and include applicable VAT.

* Young Investigators are born in 1985 or after.
** To have adequate time to test your log-in and reach out for assistance if needed, we recommend to register before 11 November 2020.

- Exclusive access to the posters presented on the occasion of the 28th Annual Meeting, digital edition

Please note:
- Each registrant must have access to the email account submitted with their registration.
- Due to the online nature of the digital edition of the 28th Annual Meeting, ECF will need to communicate directly with all registered meeting delegates to ensure access to content, to provide updates regarding the release of content, as well as customer service.
Free registration for Young Investigators
Delegates born in 1985 or after are exempt from paying the registration fee on the following conditions:
- they are accepted to present a poster
- they participate in the 28th Annual Meeting, digital edition
- they register before 1 November 2020
The special registration code to use when registering as Young Investigator with a free registration is YI2020POSTER!.
In the event the poster abstract has been rejected, Young Investigators can decide to either cancel their registration free of charge or confirm the registration by paying the applicable registration fee.
As from 1 November 2020, the late registration fee of € 250 is applicable.
Name changes
- Name changes (for individual or group registration) are accepted until Saturday 31 October 2020.
- Name changes can be done by the Group Responsible or the Individual Delegate online (modify registration).
- Name changes after 31 October 2020 are subject to a fee of € 100 (excluding VAT).
Cancellation policy
- After receipt of the confirmation email of the individual or group registration, 100% cancellation costs apply (no refunds).
- Cancellations have to be made in writing to the Operational and Administrative Secretariat by email (secretariat@charcot-ms.org).
- A cancelled individual or group registration, can be taken over by another participant (= name change) until Saturday 31 October 2020.
Special cases:
- In the event an abstract has been rejected, Young Investigators born after 1985 can decide to either cancel their registration free of charge and get refunded or confirm their registration by paying the registration fee as mentioned on the invoice.
- For Investigators born before 1985 the standard cancellation policy applies.
