Venue
Because of the pharmaceutical code of conduct in Spain the European Charcot Foundation has decided to change the venue of the University Classes as well as the Symposium. Here enclosed you will find all information related to the the Symposium. The venue of the Symposium is now Hotel Barcelo Marbella, Marbella, Spain.

New Regulations for registration and hotel reservation for the European Charcot Foundation Symposium and University Classes 2011
The European Charcot Foundation will cooperate with Seauton International (located in Louvain, Belgium) for the organisation of the Symposium and University Classes 2011.
- The registration forms for the Symposium and University Classes have to be sent to the Bureau of the European Charcot Foundation.
- After payment of the registration fees, participants can book hotel rooms through a hotel reservation form, that has to be sent to Seauton International.
- Seauton International offers to the participants of the European Charcot Foundation Symposium and University Classes additional services:
- Airport transfer
- Dinner organisation (only outside the programme times of the Symposium and University Classes)
- Reservation of meetings rooms (only outside the programme times of the Symposium and University Classes)
- Name changes in groups have to be done before October 15, 2011. Changes after that date will be charged with € 50.
Please be informed Faculty members and main sponsors are given priority when reserving rooms at the hotel Villa Padierna. At this moment, given the high demand, there are only a few rooms still available at Hotel Villa Padierna. Those rooms are for individual reservations only.
Group reservations are advised to contact Mr. Jan Samyn (jan.samyn@seauton.be or +32 16 30 99 90) who will propose appropriate hotel accommodation.
Please be reminded that the European Charcot Foundation will not confirm or validate any room reservation prior to the receipt of your payment of the Symposium and/or University Classes registration.

Airport transfers with quality busses from Malaga AGP to Estepona at the following prices:
55 seater: € 390 (equiv. to € 8/pers)
30 seater: € 350 (equiv. to € 12/pers)
16 seater: € 315 (equiv. to € 20/pers)
6 seater: € 225 (equiv. to € 37,5/pers)
1-3 seater: € 150 (equiv. to € 50/pers)
1-2 luxury car: € 250

Transfers between other hotels and the congress hotel Barcelo Marbella can be organized on request.
